While many 9-1-1 training companies do not even have online training courses, many of the ones that do simply use their classroom training and try to make it fit into an internet training program. As any 9-1-1 communications professional would know, trying to take an eight hour online training course while working is unrealistic or at least not the best idea. Yet, many other training companies only offer courses that match their 8, 12, 24 or even 40 or more hour classroom courses.



At the 9-1-1 Training Academy, we know the best way to offer online training is to make it so that your 9-1-1 employees are able to spend around an hour to an hour on the study materials and the exam. As such, we offer courses that can be completed in that amount of time. We also break up some of the more lengthy training into training blocks, which logically fit together to form a training series. Again, each of the training blocks, can be completed in about an hour.
